Child Care Enforcement Action Register

The Child Care Enforcement Action Register (the Register) is a list of services that have been the subject of a sanction and/or immediate suspension under the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999 (the Administration Act).

The department has revised the format of the Register, starting with the December 2018 quarter update, to allow the information to be more easily filtered, including by enforcement action or state. Future updates will follow this revised format.
