Survey: have your say on ACCS

We want staff who have experience with the Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) (child wellbeing) to respond to a survey released today.

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment has commissioned the Social Research Centre to conduct the survey of staff who have:

  • spoken with families about the subsidy
  • applied for an initial 6-week certificate on behalf of a family
  • applied for further determinations on behalf of a family.

Participants are asked about topics, including:

  • the language we use to identify children at risk
  • the length of support.

The survey closes Tuesday 17 May.

Survey results will help inform our advice to the Australian Government about improving access to early childhood education and care for vulnerable families.

The survey will not collect personal information and responses will remain anonymous.

Complete the survey.
