Tasmanian Jobs Programme Evaluation - Departmental Response

This report is an evaluation of the Tasmanian Jobs Programme (TJP). The TJP was a pilot wage subsidy program that ran for 2 years from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2015. The TJP was designed to help Tasmanian job seekers who were, or were at risk of being, long-term unemployed to find sustained employment. This evaluation examines how effective, efficient and appropriate the program was in providing sustained employment opportunities for Tasmanian job seekers who had been unemployed for six months or more.

The full report is available as well as a summary of the key facts of the evaluation report.
