Australia’s front door to careers information and support.
The National Careers Institute (NCI)
The National Careers Institute (NCI) was established to ensure people have access to authoritative and accurate careers information and support irrespective of their age or career stage.
The NCI was formed by the Australian Government through its 2019-20 Federal Budget measure, Delivering Skills for Today and Tomorrow.
The foundation of the NCI’s work is the world-leading labour market intelligence provided by the National Skills Commission.
Your Career
Are you looking for your first job, a change in career or a return to the workforce?

My Skills is the national directory of vocational education and training (VET) organisations and courses, and the home of the JobTrainer initiative.
My Skills enables you to search for, and compare, VET courses and training providers.
