As part of the 2020 Review of the Disability Standards for Education 2005, the Australian Government is looking at how well the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) is known, understood and applied in early childhood education and care.

We want to hear about the experiences of children with disability and their parents in early childhood education and care, as well as the experience of educators in the early childhood education and care sector.

A discussion paper has been developed with guiding questions to help you have your say.
