The latest Australian jobs data are now easier than ever to access and explore.

The Department of Jobs and Small Business’s Newsroom has launched the Data Dashboard — an interactive collection of useful Australian jobs figures sourced from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Updated regularly, the Dashboard provides national-level employment trends, insights and data on a range of jobs-related topics. Data can be sorted by filters such as employment, unemployment, participation, women, youth and underemployment.

Importantly, data can be viewed and downloaded in a range of convenient user-friendly formats, including graphics and spreadsheets.

Those who want to delve deeper into the numbers can access the data tables.

Journalists, media organisations, academics and others with an interest in employment data will find the Dashboard particularly useful.
