This Guideline specifies ParentsNext Providers’ responsibilities for assisting Participants, including booking and managing Appointments, meeting the requirements under the ParentsNext Deed and ParentsNext Services Guarantees, and delivering the servicing strategies and activities in the Provider’s Service Delivery Plan.

Appointments are an opportunity for Providers to build rapport with Participants, review Participation Plans and identify suitable local services and Activities to meet the needs of each Participant and their Education and Employment goals.
