NEIS Training
Using the Employment Fund General Account
The Employment Fund General Account (Employment Fund) is a flexible pool of funds available to all jobactive providers (Providers) to offer support tailored to the needs of participants, employers and the local labour market.
Volunteers Guideline
Some people who are not Fully Eligible for jobactive services can Volunteer to receive employment assistance.
Transfers Guideline
Participants may transfer between Providers for a range of reasons. Transfers can be automatic or involve a manual process, and can be initiated by the Participant or a Provider.
Period of Service, Suspensions and Exits Guideline
Period of Service is the time participants spend in each stream and phase of jobactive. It identifies when they must participate in activities and determines the services providers must deliver.
Disability Support Pension Recipients (Compulsory Requirements)
This Guideline advises providers of their responsibilities to Disability Support Pension (DSP) recipients under 35 years of age who have an assessed work capacity of at least eight hours per week and do not have a child under six years).
Maximum Time Transfers Guideline
Maximum Time Transfers ensure job seekers who have been with the same provider for an extended period without achieving an Employment Outcome are transferred to a new provider.
