Approved providers
Providers approved for VET Student Loans are identified by the active ‘VSL’ logo on the MySkills website.
The VET Student Loans Approved Course Providers lists providers currently approved to offer VET Student Loans.
Providers who were once approved to offer VET Student Loans but are no longer approved can be found in the Providers no longer approved to offer VET Student Loans list.

Approved Course List and Loan Caps
Courses approved for VET Student Loans are listed on the MySkills website. The maximum loan cap for the course is also available (look for the ‘?’ or for the ‘Financial Assistance’ information).
Note, clicking on the link above shows a filtered search – filtered for ‘Financial assistance – VET Student Loans’. You can apply other filters, such as course features (for example to exclude superseded courses) or to display courses related to a relevant industry sector (such as agriculture or health and community services) depending on your interests by clicking on the ‘Refine Search’ button.
The VET Student Loans (Courses and Loan Caps) Determination 2016 lists the current VET Student Loans approved courses by maximum loan cap. The maximum loan caps are indexed annually.

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment (department) has a strong commitment to ensuring that approved VSL providers comply with their legal obligations. The department undertakes a range of compliance activities including audits, investigations and student surveys to identify potential non-compliance by providers.
